The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the train station and old town. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even allowing early check-in. The room was spacious and well-maintained, making my stay enjoyable.

However, I encountered a bit of a privacy issue with the translucent bathroom panels, which was somewhat uncomfortable during my shower. Also, the lack of a lift means you'll need to navigate some steep stairs with baggage.

i was just appalled! no lift to carry my bags upstairs, really? and i was greeted with soft pillows that made me feel like i was sleeping on a cloud, yet it was totally annoying! also, expected a room upgrade after that disaster of a check-in but instead got treated like everyone else. disappointing!

The main entrance is hidden in an alley, which is a tad confusing!!! A lift would be a significant upgrade to avoid lugging bags up steep stairs, making arrival less of a hassle!!!
